How do I place an order?

Once you have added all your desired items to your shopping cart, follow these instructions:

  • To order as a guest :
  1. Click on the ‘Shopping Cart’ button and proceed to Checkout
  2. Enter all your required shipping and billing information
  3. Click on ‘Place Order’ and check your email for a Sales Order Summary
  • To order with a registered account
  1. Click on the ‘Shopping cart’ button and proceed to Checkout; if you want to add more products then choose shopping instead.
  2. Enter your billing details then choose payment method.
  3. Check your entire order that appears in the list on the right and then click on ‘Place Order.’
Does adding an item to the shopping cart reserve it?

No, an item will only be reserved for you after you have confirmed your order at checkout.

Why Should I order through an account?

Account registration saves your billing and shipping information and allows you to have quick checkouts in the future. It also allows you to view all your order history.

Can I add items or make changes to an existing order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order once the order has been processed.

DELIVERY

What is the delivery time?

Timely delivery of Local Orders is subject to availability of stock and payment authorizations. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery the following working day. Delivery can take 3-5 working days.

Are the prices inclusive of delivery charges?

No. The prices are exclusive of delivery and shipping charges.

Does the price of the order include shipping charges?

For domestic orders shipping charges are Rs.150/= per order, if your order is above Rs.5000/= then we offer free domestic shipping. For international orders, shipping charges are mentioned separately as a part of the order on the check-out page. Final amount charged will include shipping charges.

Can the shipping/billing address of an order get changed after it has been processed?

Yes, but only before it has been dispatched. To do so, please call customer care at (number) and check if your order has been dispatched.
